Heathlands Primary School and Blidworth Oaks Primary School have been collaborating together since September 2019. Mr Shaun Walker is the Executive Head Teacher over both schools. Mrs Morgan is the Head of School at Heathlands Primary School and Mrs Ince is the Head of school at Blidworth Oaks. 

Our schools are identical in structure, ethos and curriculum - one school split across two sites. 

Both schools are academies within the East Midlands Education Trust and both schools feed directly to The Joseph Whitaker School, a local secondary school also within the East Midlands Education Trust.

Since January 2023, one Strategic Board of governors provides governance and leadership over both schools.
