Heathlands Primary School and Blidworth Oaks Primary School are currently partners in a formal collaboration between the two schools overseen by the Executive Head Teacher, Mr S Walker, and a Joint Collaboration Committee (JCC) of governors from both schools.

 

This is a collaboration of two GOOD schools focused on improving outcomes and life chances for all of our pupils. The collaboration aims and purposes for both schools are to:

 

1. Sustain and strengthen leadership to deliver ongoing improvement in both schools
2. Continue to improve and raise standards for all pupils
3. Ensure quality and rigor of teaching and learning
4. Provide opportunities for financial and management efficiencies
5. Enhance the current learning environments ensuring positive experience for pupils, staff and parents
